The main difference to this page compared with the last three samples is that this page is actually divided into to two screens, or frames. You will notice that as you scroll down reading and viewing the entire page, the index or links buttons stay in the same place. This way they are always available to the viewer.
The frames can be split in any way chosen, either down the left or right side, across the top, across the bottom, or even into small squares over the whole screen.
The frames can have borders, or even a scroll bar if the information contained is larger than one screens space.
